This would be a great chance for EA to release a new version of Dragon Age Origins for console. Now that keyboard + mouse is available they can just port the pc version to bone. Do it you dumb fucks.

Yep gamepass and I'll play both versions because honestly they're both awesome, play anywhere crossplay save syncing lets me move from the study to the media room with ease. This is how I've played horizon 3/ forza 7 for the last 2 years, people from MNR know I move around.

The party/chat system on PC is a still a bit Jank, it's much more nicely integrated/seemless on xbone, also we still have the issue of not being able to select party/game chat, on PC you get pulled into both at the same time.

Done mine last night on my new internet provider, Aussie broadband. Getting around 80mbps which isn’t too bad at peak time.

Update: on PC game crashes on splash screens all the time. I have RTSS running and the game wouldn’t even run with it, so I closed it, then ran the game and it’s constantly crashing during the splash screens. This is with the new update for FH4.

Update 2: restarted PC and game is now running.

Maybe trying going into windows apps setting and delete the app user data.

I remember I screwed up my save by closing the app mid intro, that fixed it.

I've installed on my 2 xbones and PC, I haven't tried PC yet, was watching my kids play through the intro again before work.

Caved and picked it up. Edinburgh, Lakes District, etc. Couldn't resist any more because of the setting.
Saw a picture of Bamburgh Castle, and that was that. It broke me.

Also confirmed that using framerate afterburner overlay causes Horizon 4 to crash, which is odd because this wasn't an issue with the demo.

Yeah, after restart and closing down RTTS, no issues. I only had it running in the background and didn’t have FH4 added as a game to lock FPS which is weird.

I wasn't able to add FH4 as a profile for RTTS, kept complaining about permission issues since it's a windows app. I just turned off the OSD hook globally.

So wheel play seems completely busted for FH4 so far. Needs some serious fixing, is basically impossible to turn any corners with a decent powered car, lots of unhappy people on the forums, I've given up on using my wheel til they fix it.

Noticed in horizon 4 the cars are a lot more drifty on the easiest of turns, I could imagine that would be annoying and unplayable on a wheel.

3 was fine with a wheel, could get any car and go off racing no issues. This one first corner in the intro doing the off track stuff and back flies out, next corner same thing before violently spinning back the other way. Thought it was me just getting used to a car but then my mate starts and he also cannot keep a car on the track going around a corner, it's near on impossible. That's when I started googling and found some settings people tweaked but the basic gist is that they have absolutely busted wheel control so you can tweak to the point a Cat B and below is controllable around a circuit but not enough to even guarantee a win against normal AI which should be pretty easy and anything above that category it's just impossible.
