I've put my play through on hold until I get a GTX1080. Recent PC patches improved it quite a bit, it runs 60fps in some parts on my current card, drops to 40-50 in most areas, the new card will solidify that performance at ultra settings.

Once you get used to 60fps, it's hard to go back to 30fps unless you really have to, there is ample power on PC to make 60fps a reality in just about any game. I plan on a Gsync upgrade soon too to further reduce stutter/judder, although it's never an issue if you lock to 60.

60fps is bare minimum when you are a Master Race gamer. I prefer 90fps and up personally.

I would've loved UC4 at 1080p 60fps with reduced detail for single player and improved motion blur with less artefacts .
Turns out the TAA is causing the artefacts.

I feel I should at least finish Uncharted 3 before playing the last game. Would that be right to get the full impact of the game?

Playing all 3 of the PS3 ones before this one makes helps with the impact of this one 100%.

I'm sure you'd get by without having done that but think your doing yourself a disservice if you skipped any of em.

Yep. You're not going to get "stuck" gameplay-wise if you've missed any of the others, but having more investment in the characters means 4 has more emotional clout. If you haven't played any of the previous games and are only going to play one, I'd suggest Uncharted 2... but really, they're all worth a play through.

I bought the Uncharted collection a while back, about halfway through the first game. Already finished 2 but will play them again in order.

Back to this game today for me after two days with the rift. What a transition. It's like I can see stuff again .

My PS4 started ejecting disc all the time again, I went 16months since its last ejection. I pulled out the rubber thing under the eject button then completely removed the eject button itself. I only eject from the controller anyway so it's not biggy unless I plan on selling it.

Picked this up today, not too far into it, only just passed the chapter after the prologue where you get interrupted by a knock on the door, looks fantastic so far though. Can't wait to see more locales.

Also love the throwback on the couch scene showing how far we've come. Nicely done.

Made it up to Chapter 10 today but haven't started it, saving it for Ron. Games looking great though and so far not as challenging as.I thought it would be on Crushing difficulty. Glad they made that selectable from the get go instead of having to unlock it.

It was actually recommended to play on medium (default) difficulty level.

How would you rate it against the other titles?
