Only if you have NBN fiber(40mbit), cable is still capped at 2mbits. Hopefully NBN upgrade cable to docsis 3.1 to get more upload.

Cable limits in Aus seem entirely arbitrary. I had 100mbit down, 2mbit up, which is not a technical limitation. Here I get 100 down, 10 up, which makes a world of difference.

Received a letter from Optus today, from the 26th of June they're upgrading me from my current plan ( 200GB) to unlimited for free. Guess I can't complain.
