Sorry P, can't really comment to that at the moment.
I played the first couple of levels (when I was drunk), then went straight back to Smash. Can't say I noticed any problems though.
I'll take a closer look over the weekend and report back.

How fucking awesome is Smash though?.....man.....

capcom bringing Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen to switch:
https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2019 ... ndo-switch" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

IT's been ported to just about everything now. Perhaps one day we will see a sequel to this game?
This and Dead Rising from last gen were my two fave new franchises from capcom. Lost Planet was also good. At the time people saw it as generic but it was capcom's first attempt at open world action rpg title. Not many japanese companies did that so it was the first step.
If they had just continued making the stuff we'd be up to the third game by now. If they do a sequel I hope they go with a Frank Frazetta painting look to the title. (see his conan paintings as an indication) The Dragon's Dogma series to me is the continuation of thier old 90s arcade hack n slash games like King of Dragons and Knights of the Round and the Dungeon and Dragons arcade games. IE it's generic because it is influenced by the popular stuff people all know and recognise within fantasy.

But now that they have shown they can make these games they can start adding their own style and feel to their worlds instead of follow the usual stuff. eg Instead of go with Lord of the Rings crap why not Thundercats or He-man instead where people are so distinct in look and behavior that they are almost like representatives of races from different worlds rather than other parts of the globe? (Elex comes to mind)

Keep forgetting to post this - it's perfect in handheld. Yes only 30fps with some dips but this isn't a game you need high FPS for. Really enjoying it for the third time

Oh shit son, Assault Android Cactus coming to Switch!

A bit tapped on cash at the moment but will definitely get it again for on the go

Got S+ on everything on PC and very close to matching on PS4. Keen to do it all again on Switch!

I've still got some loose ends in the original Hollow Knight, but I can't wait for this.

I have Splatoon 2 and was thinking of getting back into it but haven’t played it for months so will continue single player first to refresh my memory.

Bought Cadence of Hyrule Crypt of the NecroDancer Featuring The Legend of Zelda two days ago. Never played anything like this before but finding it really enjoyable and challenging.

Picked up Link's Awakening. The framerate's a bit all over the place (running off a cart), but it's really good otherwise. I'm a couple of hours in and my sword hasn't broken yet so I already rate this above Breath of the Wild.

Links Awakening is pretty great. Nostalgia at it's peak but every bit a great game. Would love to see a link to the past be given a similar remake.

Frame rate is pretty crap and often but doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the game.

Yeah, I went on a spending rampage and picked up Links Awakening, Ni No Kuni (switch) and the physical version of Tetris 99 in one transaction.
I'm looking forwards to playing Link, but I'm not starting until I see the credits of either FE Three Houses or Astral Chain first.

I picked up Ring Fit Adventure.
On Friday I managed to play through to and beat the first boss.
It was a lot of fun, and I certainly had a sweat up by the end of that first session.

Since then, it's just sitting there. I want to play it, but *cough* I ran an ultra marathon yesterday, so it'll have to sit there unplayed while I rub my sore legs.

How do you exactly trade in a new 3DS XL or 2DS XL? Do you buy it then trade it in?

I bought it too. Hello tax deduction. It does get you moving but I’m probably being very picky in that I felt that the initial exercises were a bit meh - plus it really pushes you to warm up and cool down but it tried to smash my quads and hip flexors but gave zero stretches for those muscle groups at the cool down.

Yeah, good point. Something like this is always going to be exposed on some level by experts.
I've really been wanting to get back into it, but I've only managed to get in two sessions with it (getting smashed by werk- waiting for a massive XML export right now...), but I really enjoyed that second session.

I got it from amazon for $57, it's a Christmas present for my eldest. Also picked up Luigi's mansion and Mario/Sonic Olympics. Youngest got hooked on the demo of mario/sonic, we were having fun competing with each other.

I also recently picked up marvel ultimate alliance 3, so Nintendo is taking all my monies!
