This is my current setup for console shooters. It works on both xbox and PS for any game.

Check out Xim Apex it works really well. After all these years I can use a mouse again, having fun!

I'm going to have to look into this...I cannot play shooting games with a control pad anymore since I started playing PuBG kbam.

I consider people using Xim on console to be border line hacking.

Not only do you have finer mouse control, you also have aim assist intended for controllers on top. I've seen this personally ruin balance/fairness in overwatch games on xbox(blackwidow/genji abusers).

I can play well with both controller or mouse, so I don't have issues switching these days, but I like to know my opponents are using the same control scheme for fairness. From what I've seen developers seem incapable of banning these devices either.

Trust me there's no unfair advantage when it comes to my performance. After playing Zombies for so many years whatever aiming skills I had for multiplayer (which was never very much) have gone. The Xim is the difference between enjoying something like Apex Legends or giving up and not playing it at all.

Besides I have the right to play with whatever control setup I like and this is very comfortable. I can't believe how good the joycon is as a "left-hand" control device, I was amazed.

At the end of the day if people want to complain about the Xim and they feel it's unfair then they should go get one for themselves.

I really can't imagine games like Raiden or Ikaruga would play any better with those controls.

Nah not for those games, but would be awesome for Radiant Silvergun.
