GTA V (PC) - Mods?

Anyone here running GTA V on PC with mods?

I picked up the game and have gone through some mods...however keep getting crashes with TrainerV (removed it), the game runs longer but eventually crashes again. Anyone have an advice or suggestions?

If running any mods yourself, what do you recommend?
