This sort of game is just too complicated for the controller. While i'm sure some parts are more fun due to it... others look ridiculously difficult and complex for simple gestures.

WII FTW

The only games suitable for Wii seem to be incredibly simplified ones, like that Tennis game (where you don't even control where your player is moving).

Every vaguely complicated game I've seen so far either has pretty much normal controls (e.g. Mario Galaxy) or ridiculously difficult controls (this, Red Steel, Zelda).

360/PS3 jenarashun.

To say the least. It looks like it will require a fair bit of movement to be able to play... which makes it hard for me to play as my room is quiet small and has a lot of stuff in it.

Juke and stiffarm look particularly stupid. Cant say EA surprised me with their level of effort and competency here.

A free-er version of eyeshield 21 would work better, if you're gonna use a the spazwand may as well make it bout how well you can catch, how fast you can run(well, move ur arms up and down) etc. Its dumb to make the gamer wave around and struggle to do the 'equivalent' of the 12+ functions of a ps2/xbox controller.

That looks way to complicated, i thought the point of the wiimote was to make games simpler to control. :wtf:

I can't even make sense of that.

Over-complicated controls + last-gen graphics = 360 version for me.

Thank god you came around

Nintendo better price the Wii decently... as for me, it's going to be to play niche games on where a wiimote will be for fun.

Serious gaming = PS3 and 360.

Looking closer at the controls....it's pretty silly really. It's just a different way of doing it on the traditional controllers, but the essense is still the same.

When Wii was announced I was thinking of being able to aim exactly where you're passing, for example. You can see there that you still have to select the reciever and then throw the stick forward like a fucking retard.

zzzzzzz

This game will only work if EA hire me to produce it.

The potential is there...

I imagine your movement would be restricted while sitting down though. The kicking motion would be hard to do... as would most of them. Couldn't lay down and play it either.
