Does anyone here play WoW using a widescreen monitor? Does WoW support widescreen displays?

Check this LCD screen out - 19" widescreen 8ms display for only $305. Im pretty out of touch re: PC hardware but this seems pretty cheap to me ..

Sounds like a not bad deal. But if you're gonna play wow, i found the more resolution the better. Cause all those mods and raid ui really can clutter up the screen space. If you can afford it go for a dell 24inch, they rock otherwise that 19inch acer looks good for $300.

Its for a birthday present so the budget is around $300. He doesnt use any mods (yet) so it should be ok I guess :)

How much are the Dell 24 inch?

A lot more than $300, for him it sounds good.

One thing i did notice is the panel doesn't have dvi, I'm not sure if that's a deal breaker, but if your video card has dvi which i most likely will, it's better to use dvi. But I have noticed their dvi model is around 100 bucks more.
