You can get really bad looking WoW UI's. Unless it's the standard UI, the look of the UI is totally up to the user, as you can make it look whoever you want, it's a totally open setup visually.

I'll post a screenshot of my UI, or rather, just a link since it's a large image.

I dunno what other people think of it. I set up this UI myself, so everything on the screen is there because I want it to be. If I wanted it to be bare then I could have it bare, or if I wanted lots of useless clutter, I could have that too! The bottom line is what makes the WoW UI great is the fact that it's more customisable than virtually any other game out.

And yes, I play a female Gnome...

Um, i remember coming here like a few years ago, and this place had a rad reputation and was totally rocking with new posts and threads every day about all things gaming. This is a really exciting time for gaming with the 360,DS & PSP and of course pretty soon, PS3 and Wii...there is so freaking much going on and heaps to talk about [Smile] Late 2006 is going to be a wild party for videogames, don't you guys think? I have only checked back on playnow recently since a couple years back, and im just wondering if the gaming part of the forum has a new web address or link. I've tried playnow.com and playnow.org, but nothing is coming up. Is there now like a private hidden part to this forum where you need special membership? [Confused]

Any help would be cool, the only other alternative i can think of is Hyper..dont want to go there [Frown]

Playnow is dead, all that remains is some WoW discussion and there's barely much of that.

I would say im dissapointed by that but The Games Ranch is just so much better in every way.

As far as forums go, I don't agree with what Ilce did. As far as WOW goes, Ilce has my absolute respect and loyalty, as he's a DAMN GOOD GUILD MASTER.

The reality is, there is a certain amount of guilt over what went down on both sides. The percentage of guilt varies person by person, depending on experience from 100% to 0%. You know it, and if you deny it you are only lying to yourself.

I still contend that Bounce is someone from here.

Yeah, I'm spiteful. It sucks that I have to visit two sites now. Not half as spiteful as some people here still it seems. I don't get why though, seeing as it is so much better here right?

OF COURSE PLAYNOW IS DEAD FOR CONSOLE GAMING CHAT. EVERYONE IS HERE! Why keep going over there and saying 'Oh playnow is dead!!!!111!!!1!1!' and cheering. It is not a thing to cheer IMO.

At the end of the day, I soul-search to see where I stand on this, and I honestly couldn't give a shit.

I want to play good video games, and I want to talk about good video games, with a little bit of trolling and shit-talking on the side. I have no interest in forum politics.

AFAIC, Playnow was the premiere console gaming knowledge and commentary in Australia. Now Games Ranch is. Playnow no longer is. Get over it already.

We know who our fake/stir accounts are if they post here under another membership.

To be honest,that's why I haven't bothered posting something ace at PN under another name.I would have thought they could check.

EDIT: Then again,I guess if accounts were deleted they may have limited avenues to reference.
