yeah my R6 V2 is US also. Works fine. If PA says it is region free it is region free.

My copy of rainbow6 is also NTSC from gametraders

Lepo, I actually received a couple of games where the packaging was in another language but on booting worked fine. I was worried when I got Dead Rising and the cover plus manual was all in german lol. It was cheaper and quicker then buying it here.
If you are buying from PA then you are fine.
