I saw this in a thread on GAF and thought it was somewhat interesting.
I've added the times in and estimate of # units per day just for shits and giggles. I'm procrastinating right now, so that's my excuse :D
Australia console sales from launch to 31st July 2006

Consoles........................... Units
Playstation 2 ..................... 1,809,000 (67 months, 888 per day)
Game Boy Advance ............. 857,000 (60 months, 470 per day)
Xbox................................. 835,000 (52 months, 528 per day)
Nintendo DS ...................... 286,000 (17 months, 553 per day)
Playstation Portable ............ 181,000 (11 months, 541 per day)
Gamecube ......................... 161,000 (50 months, 106 per day)
Xbox 360 ........................... 80,000 (5 months, 526 per day)
