Super Star Wars... I still regard the Super Star Wars trilogy of games as the best Star Wars games ever! Here's hoping that either Nintendo or Microsoft ressurect these classics via there downloadable games service.

How is that bitter? Gaming has come a long way and I'm celebrating it
And simple games can definitely be awesome (i.e. Lumines, Guitar Hero, Eye Toy, etc) but there have been heaps of advances even in simple titles.

I give this thread the thumbs up. Reminds us all of how much better gaming used to be.

Speedball 2 had to be one of the most intense and most addictive games ever, esecially when challenging the likes of Brutal Deluxe to win the Cup.
Trying for those side multipliers and and erasing them off your opponent use to rock!

You never played brutal deluxe to win the cup, you WERE brutal deluxe!
I think you mean Super Nashwan. They were fucking HARD. 10-9 was my best win in a final though

EA would fuck it up. They'd put a whole heap of licensed emo rock and work a shitty GTA clone into it.
