Sprite crowd, polygon deficient model (look at the ears) and the hair at the back looks pretty poor for some reason.

yea, the ears are shit. Also the skin textures towards the neckline of his shirt have been left alone compaired to the detail of his freckled ugly face.
There are better ones though
