Dues Ex Mankind Divided

Square Enix heads to the Mana Bar to show off its highly-anticipated action game.

Brisbane gamers are in for a treat this weekend, with the first public showing of Deus Ex: Human Revolution happening on Saturday at the Mana Bar. The demonstration kicks off at 7pm and unfortunately won't be playable. A Square Enix representative will be there walking attendees through the preview code while explaining what's happening on-screen.

If you live in the Brisbane area and are keen to head along to the Mana Bar to check out Deus Ex: Human Revolution, then head on over to the bar's official Facebook page for all the details. Prizes will also be given away on the night.

Despite being the third game in the Deus Ex series, Human Revolution is actually a prequel. Like the previous games, players will be able to modify their character using social and physical augmentations. As this is a prequel, all of the augmentations are mechanical, which is why some of the characters look robotic, because the nanotechnology used in the previous games hadn’t been invented at that time according to the game’s lore. Deus Ex: Human Revolution is currently slated for release in Q1 of 2011.
I will be too busy playing fallout. :P So if anyone ends up going, (or just so happens to go there regularly) share any info with the rest of us.

I don't believe in going to a place to play a demo. May dress you up in funny clothes and make you a part of a circus show. (microsoft kinect for example)

And this isn't a playable demo so it's just watching which is inferior to a hands-on demo. (like the superior nintendo zelda demo where people could actually play the thing with their controller and judge for themselves)

If they really want people to get excited they should send out the free dvd to your mailbox or direct you to the place where you can play the first third of the full game for free but it's got a shareware 30 days trial which you can ignore. Dues Ex (jewish sex is the other game where you become a rabbi and hunt mel gibson in a post apoc enviornment to prevent him from going crazy and killing people by ramming the shit out of them and blaming the jews for everything) is going to be the GOTD contender and is not just any old game you play. It's going to blow the shit out of all the other games because not many other people are making FPS/RPG set in the future. (steampunk is covered, fantasy is overdone, sci-fi-fantasy mix happening, but this is just future without the bullshit)

I hope people don't say it's a metal gear solid clone. I'll take proper gameplay which requires you take initiative to figure out what you must do and see if you can do it successfully whilst having control over how the task is to be done(being left alone), over watching cutscenes and annoying codec messages. (no offense I love it, but its a different game style - it wants to be a movie)

Review out. Only gets "recommended" which is like an 8 out of 10:

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016- ... ded-review" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Didn't get an essential because the reviewer played it on easy mode using the captain obvious vision and shooting isn't as good as a FPS game. Also rips off Dishonored in some bits.

Zelda Breath of the Wind is confirmed game of the year.

Hopefully Wii U and NX gets a port of it one day.

Better to wait for the NX version imo. How do you know the bosses aren't crap? Didn't the first prequel (before the balance fix) have crap boss fight?

What about when the SJW attacked it for being racist because one homeless black lady NPC in the game? Eurogamer/Polygon/Ben Kuchara is probably STILL hurt by that stuff (notice how they have to mention the Black Lives Matter shit in the review instead of criticising the game's gameplay? ) and could be tricking you into buying a bad game.

we may have beaten the gawker guys (see below) to a bloody pulp with nerd activist groups who will eventually become the cyborg in this game one day, (hacking all the games to put nude mods in it by sneaking into game dev buildings and bypassing security) ....but that doesn't mean the SJW aren't out there hiding in the shadows and plotting revenge like a Spiderman villain.

Actually wouldn't mind that. I'll shit that one up instead. Make it, then I delete this one.

I can't keep track of all my own threads. When I did the search I got the old Dues Ex game thread.

Just don't lump it into the pc masterbation race thread. Nobody plays pc anymore and I don't want to be reminded that pc gaming isn't given its own forum away from console gaming.
Console is where people are not criminals and cheaters. Its unsafe to mingle with pc gamers who always looking for customer's on forums to sell pirated games to. The cops are everywhere ready to pose as gamers on these sites and cletus doesn't do his job moderating it. I managed to get dirty images on here and rocco had to do his job for him. That means hes being bribed to turn a blind eye to bad behavior.

I knew he wouldn't bother to make his own thread. Because I agreed for him to do it, now he is deliberately not going to do it because that's what I want. And he doesn't want to give me what I'd like.

The hypnotism shit actually works..
Most people are irrational so they do what isn't sensible if the person saying it doesn't get along with the person. Very interesting. (sort of like the milgrim experiment stuff but in reverse)
made some $ from that bet

We're actually going to be discussing it in the Master Race Gaming Thread, CrackHED. That way you won't be involved with your psychobabble that no one cares about

Well that's good for the game community because all we ever hear about from pc gamers are technical problems and bugs which require people to sift through dozens of pages worth of posts discussing how hard it is to get all settings just right on thier set ups.

Console gaming life is so much better. People can talk about the actual game not how unoptimised for pc it is like they all did with No Man's Sky, right tomby?

If the game sucks you only have two hours to win it to see if the bosses are shit. My suggestion: Buy from eb and try on console first.

Don't end up like Johnny Depp and believe lesbian gold diggers setting you up for the fall:
Steam is a spyware monitoring device candy. Just like the phone camera set up by Amber Herd. Never preorder. It's rewarding them for leaving bugs in games before release. Only nintendo is free from these risks. Also your prediction about them going full mobile hasn't happened yet.

After the media attention given to pokemon Go, people have an interest in the REAL pokemon games again on 3ds. So it helped become an ad to help the sales of 3ds games. Dedicated game devices still live.

Of the two, the PlayStation 4 version has an advantage with a smoother frame-rate, a higher resolution and shorter loading times
