Sony are having a competition in the US for 10 lucky people to go to the PS3 launch and get a console. Shame the small print says that they have to wait up to 20 weeks for delivery...

Briefing.com reports (subscription only) that, according to UBS, 2 million Wii consoles were completed in Q3 (July-September) to support Nintendo's upcoming Q406 global console launch, beginning November 19th in North America.

I dunno.. going by the craziness that was the DS Lite launch (I got the last one in Adelaide after it was out for only a week!), I'd say they'll sell quite a few of those millions of consoles...Froggy wrote:That's a lot of stock to be having sitting around in warehouses and on store shelves.
