Tomb Raider Legend - holy shit it's actually decent
Yes indeed. I EB hired Import Tuner AKA Tokyo Highway Racer and within half an hour I had to take it back. It's just like THR on Dreamcast.....in all possible ways. That's good in 2001 when it was fresh and cool, not in 2006 when it's the same fucking game.
So I took it back and grabbed Tomb Raider....and I'm glad I did. Is it a keeper? Probably not, but for a weekly bash before the real deal (Splinter Cell) it fits the bill just right. A number of elements have been ripped off of Prince of Persia, but there's nothing wrong with that when you rip off the good stuff.
I like it.

Oh yeah I forgot that the studmuffin worked on it. Like Madmya I would pay $50 for it and keep it. There's nothing in the game that hasn't been seen or done before, but I prefer qualerty over forced "innovation" anyway.
I plan to, but I don't know when that will be. Splinter Cell this week, NBA next week. November and December will be big as well.Try Prey next.
