Rego and Profile change are working again.

We're currently having an issue with regos and profile changes. The server for some reason is giving us 403 errors when trying to do just those operations. Everything else is fine on the forum it's just those things, we'll hope to fix it up soon.

Update:

Appears to be working now but i haven't got formal confirmation from the host about the issue yet so it may be temporary. So get your registration and changes in now.

Yeah, I really really really want to change my signature, but unfortunately I can't.

I am bitterly disappointed that I can't add the glorious QLD signature to my profile.

Has it only started happening in the last +/-5 minutes or so? Is JSR the cause of these problems? And can anyone get in contact with Elliott?

It only started happening this morning, i suspect the host has changed some python file dependency/library outside of our server files, which is only effecting profile modifications/creates on the board. I've gone through and verified all file permissions are ok, Database looks fine too. the host is looking into the problem so we should have it rectified soon. Sorry for the inconvenience guys, I guess it's on of the murphy's law kinda things.

i keep getting logged out, i assume this happens after you've changed something? i'm behind a NAT box but that shouldn't change anything should it?

I was changing some settings selfish trying to figure out what was causing the issue, try reseting your cookies selfish, sorry about stuffing you around. well there has been some progress made on the problem. I got the error logging enabled and found it full of this.

Looks like possibly a disk space issue on the server in a temp workspace, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this error before and knows the exact cause.

Further update, the server host are aware of the situation and working to fix it, so hopefully in the next 12 hours we are back to norml.

Hehe you don't know the half of it selfish, spent most of the day trying various things, I'm glad i know the cause of it now, i was dreading somehow the database got corrupted.

Atleast though i got to learn more of the forum code which will be helpful later on.
