In but I might be 30 minutes late, need to adjust my deadzone/sensitivity/filtering/force feedback first, then doing a few benchmark runs to make sure I'm running at 60fps.

Not weighing into the call for new rules. I'm fine with or without grand fuckery to be honest...but I will say Horizon 2 should be revisited occasionally to specifically let people play dirty.

Gotta ask why the backward stuff happens. In a game where the damage matters AND you get fucked over really early, it's game over or revenge. It wasn't always like that but things changed in those couple of years I was absent. It was definitely different years ago. It's because of the insane rush to the first corner. Just about everyone is guilty of it too. So making a rule change like that work would require other rule changes to support it...or the removal of damage altogether, which in a sim is not ideal.

If you can navigate that, Lepo5, then hats off to you, old bean.

First time I came back to XBL back in FM4 Cletus went backwards and destroyed my car so I didn't join in again.

Few years later in FM5, same thing.

Project Cars is like racing against you cunts without the backwards. ;)

No, these races typically have the most laps and therefore pitting is achievable.


I'm not saying I'm opposed to taking people out in a forwards direction but backwards bullshit has been done to death especially in races of more than 3 laps To have gone through the pain of pitting and then be taken out by backwards bullshit is no fun.
