The hard drive is too small, downloads are slow and XBLA does indeed suck.

Just because it's the only real choice doesn't mean there isn't significant room for improvement. See also: everything else Microsoft does.

Hey buddy! At the moment I've only got GOW, PGR3, Lumines Live and I'm hiring COD2. I've got to spend some quality time with GOW before I start going online with it yet though. Such a gorgeous looking game.

I'm playing plenty of Geometry Wars and the like at the moment, and the missus is loving Lumines. Miles handed my arse to me the other night on it, so I've got some work to do. Pretty rusty on most games for the moment.

Check if the wife likes Jewel Quest or Bejewled - they seem to appeal to non-gamers. Unless she is a gamer, in which case Oblivion and Viva Pinata. Also give Mutant Storm a bash - I reckon it's great but unfortunately Geometry Wars gets all the love.

I really llike Mutant Storm as well, I just cant justify having two games the same more or less. If I had played it first before Geo Wars I might have swung that way, but sadly that wasnt the case thanx to PGR3.
