If I wanted to play megadrive games on an emulator, i dont need a wii for that. At my price, is a heavy discount.Pat wrote:No, it's Sega megadrive fanboyism. Streets of Rage in my world belongs only in the lounge-room, on the couch with a doona and playing co-op until 3am with hot chocolates after stage 5. Then playing streets of rage 3 and failing hard.
The 360 version is more appealing to me, because you can run it in high def, and you can play online co-op. Neither of which you can do on the wii emu.
Simple.
God I hate smashmouth and the offspring.

Deal, Juzz.
@ Pat's trolling attempt. Only a complete retard would argue that no option for online play is better than an option for it.
When he was an Xbox fanboy, it was all about choice. Now that he has been turned Nintendo it's all about whatever Nintendo thinks is best - in this case overpriced roms.

oh noes, I no longer own the original carts and often find that most second hand stores charge more for either the xbox love arcade version or the VC versikon, and that is just for a cart only version. Such a disgrace for wanting to pay to play old games... oh no! It's better to just rip off the company by downloading an illegal rom because it's cool to say fuck you for not producing the cart, and not deserving any money, but it's all okay if you release a compilation disc I'll gladly pay for that because that is value for money! YAY!

This is a very good version of SoR2, very very good infact. I'm yet to notice anything different. The addition of online play is great, lifting it above the status of mere rom release.
The Hardcore Achievement too makes this game tough in ways it never was originally. Fuck
