Does the 360 have a 56k modem I can use?

I did a search with my WiFi on my windows mobile...located a neighbours wireless connection and accessed it. Then I just connected my phone to the 360 via USB and hey presto* LIVE connection.

* Hey presto in this case actually means "there was still no way to get a"
