The Brake Test:
After failing to wallfuck Mister Gun on the first corner of New York (see Ram's picture above) I received another opportunity later in the same race. I had to pit so I was well behind everyone when I noticed Mister Gun was directly behind me on the straight. I decided to see if Mister Gun's reflexes were up to the task of dealing with a possible collision at high speed.
Brakes are applied:
Mister Gun notices a bit too late that my car is no longer accelerating while directly in front of him. He almost avoids the crash. Almost.
We seem to have had a bit of an accident:

I was hoping for complete engine damage but those Camaros are a bit of a tank.

For those of you who might not have noticed, there's been a bit of a theme lately.
I've decided to make a new paint job for my cars. They shall all sport a bullseye on the rear, sides and front. I'm doing that so you have a better idea of who you're supposed to aim your spite at and also to offer more choice in the way you express your malice.

It is alleged that on or around 9:00pm AEST on Monday 25 August 2008, that the defendant Mr Mister Gun did willfully engage in two counts of malicious wall-fuckery: one count against Mr Hercy and one against Mr G Chaos.
The defense has submitted that the acts were mere self-defence in retaliation to an earlier encounter between Mr Mister Gun and the victim of the wall-fuckery, Mr Hercy. The prosecution has been unable to procure photos of this alleged earlier incident, and the defense have not been forthcoming in providing any evidence of it. It is doubtful whether this first incident ever actually occurred. However, the prosecution has obtained photographic evidence [exhibits A, B, and C] of a known associate of Mr Mister Gun, Mr Juzbuffa. The photos were taken within a minute of the first alleged incident, and show Mr Juzbuffa deliberately braking while travelling in a sustained northerly direction in front of Mr Hercy. We allege that the purpose of this braking action was to render Mr Hercy's engine inoperable for the remainder of the race. In the absence of direct evidence of the alleged first incident, we urge the jury to consider the actions of Mr Mister Gun's associate in order to determine the likely character and state of mind of Mr Mister Gun during his vicious attack on Mr Hercy and Mr G Chaos.

The following Exhibits clearly show the defendant's motor vehicle, a blue Dodge Viper, travelling in a manner much too fast for the prevailing conditions at the time, being a really sharp corner. Some jurors may find the following exhibits shocking but I ask them to put aside their personal feelings on the evidence to be presented to them and make a decision based on rational and impartial analysis of the evidence. Jurors will note particularly the lack of braking in Exhibits D and E, the destruction wrought in Exhibit G, and the defendant's failure to stop and render assistance in Exhibit H.

In regard to exhibit D, I recall Mr Hercy making a comment to Mr G Chaos of the effect "I think we're in trouble here, Chaos".
At this point I was of the belief that Mr Hercy had suffered some kind of catastrophic mechanical failure. I can only assume that Mr Chaos took the comment in a similar fashion and being in such close proximity, panicked and lost control of his own vehicle. This can clearly be seen in exhibit E. At this point I remember an object flying toward my windscreen. I suspect it was a numberplate. I hit the brakes and as evidenced in exhibit F managed to avoid actual contact with either vehicle driven by Mr Hercy or Mr G Chaos.
There is a missing sequence of events between exhibit F and exhibit G. I believe that Mr Chaos' car clipped the tail end of Mr Hercy's car. Some debris was torn from one of their vehicles and I hit it, sending my vehicle up off the road. I managed to stop a little further down the road and ran back to check on the other drivers and leave them my details to stand as a witness to the accident between Mr Hercy and Mr G Chaos. It is clear in exhibit H that my vehicle suffered no external damage which would be evident in a collision of the magnitude described to the jury.
It is my opinion that Mr Hercy and Mr G Chaos were street racing, had an accident and are trying to put the blame on me so that they can collect insurance.
