$16 is an okay price for that game, I got it on platinum (and had to buy a mem card) and played it on my PS2, good times.

I have it too but my stupid PS2 shits itself when you have to change discs. Apparently it's a fairly common issue too :(
Currently playing: Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition (PC), Far Cry 6 (PC), FIFA 21 (Series X), TimeSplitters 2 (Series X BC)

My PS2 is fuuuuuuuucked now, the DVD drive will literally launch a DVD across the room, it's scary how quickly it shoots discs out. Keep meaning to throw it in the trash.

So one console gets shot at by the army and another shoots discs at civilians.

We live in interesting times.

That reminds me, does anyone remeber which console (around fifteen years ago) used to shoot the cartridges out at extreme speeds? I can't think of it but I recall knowing a few people who had the same issue.

It's nearly as bad as the old non-modchip method for playing copied games for the PS (original model) where you had to swap out the discs after reading an original. That thing was scary looking. I recall a friend having it propped open with a pen while doing so, I don't know why but I feared the disc would go flying.

BTW, I have no idea what that had to do with anything but I thought I would share regardless.

Yeah, that was some fear-inducing shit. Resident Evil 2 was particularly finicky.

Wh-wh-whaat? I'll have to have a look for that.. I'm guessing under the video section?

Also has anyone else had a crack at that game Critter Crunch? It looked interesting enough so I grabbed the trial version and it's a pretty gorgeous looking game. All 1080p high quality animated stuff, it's a puzzle game and is pretty easy to pickup, as it slowly introduces more and more elements.

Thinking about grabbing it, as I think it's only around the $9 mark.

Aso, how many games feature you rainbow vomiting in to your sons mouth?

edit: oh fuck yeah re: iView! It seems to just use the PS3 browser so they've must updated the browser/flash/whatever with the update as well, because last time I tried visiting iView on the PS3 the audio played perfectly but the video was all choppy. Works fucking great now though! And it should be on our freezone as well :D

Think I might go watch an episode of peep show with that!

Oh nice, I was wondering if we would get TV on demand, because they've got it for a ton of other countries in 3.10...

It is on the actual cross bar menu, next to video. It has its own link for TV (or similar wording) with iView beneath it.

If it's not in your XMB just try accessing it with the browser, as essentially that's all the XMB button is, just a shortcut to the browser+iView :)

I heard ABC is working on getting iView happening on other consoles... meaning Wii.

Would be cool to get Channel 10 happening. It's essentially the same thing as iView. Channel 9 has some crappy media player thing you are meant to DL.

Does 7 have some catch up thing?

Warhawk is $15.95 I grabbed it and the expansions.

Also Vagrant Story is up for PS3 and PSP for $9.95.

How does 50/60 work if buying for the PSP?

I wish playtv had a tv guide you could view without leaving the XMB

Grandia (one of the best JRPG's of all time) should be up on the North American Store.

are people able to log into PSN?

I've got a network connection, but cannot connect to PSN.

Also... I think the HDD in my PS3 might be dying... but that's another issue.
