looks like someone's cracking under the pressure already and we havent even kicked a ball online in anger yet....

typical Scouser.... cant handle the big game occasion....

word has it on Whirlpool from a guy who works at the EB distribution centre is the game was shipped yesterday and will be in store today... he just cant confirm if they will put them up for sale today or tomorrow....

I've been ringing aruond everywhere(they have it)but everyone is beein a pussy bout the street date,but jb hi fi said they might get it this afternoon an when they do thy will sell it

why put a street date on a sports game is it that big a deal?

Target, Myer would be only POSSIBLE stores selling early.

but then even so if you rang them i bet youd get some braindead retail assistant answer the phone, no help there, theyd probably look at fifa 08 and tell you its on the shelf

Game Melton (VIC) have stock.

GAME Loganholme (Brisbane) has stock (360 version confirmed, not sure about ps3) according to a post on the ea forums, the person said i preordered and they said i can pick a copy up today.

GAME at Airport West, Victoria also have stock.

Game seems like a goer at this stage....

I honestly think PES will shock alot of people this year...

If it wasnt for the 10 on 10 I think i'd actually skip Fifa this year and just get PES....

This game is everything i've always wanted from a Fifa....

Passing is crisp and you can actually play a one touch passing game if you so desire (couldnt do that in 08)

Goal Keepers come off thier line and punch (FINALLY!!!) and their positioning is quite good (only seen 1 dodgy keeper positioning problem in about 8 games) In one of the games me and Kanga played, Kanga's keeper came off his line to punch, misjudged the flight of it and then there was a goal mouth scramble in which I ended up knocking it in somehow... It was fucking brilliant and exactly what you'd see if real life...

just little things like the ball popping up in challenges, referee's getting in the way of passes occasionally (this happened in a game between me and kanga and it cost me) etc are great.... heaps of new stuff in this years game...

Online is smooth... havent played against randoms yet though...

Ok, I've set up Games Ranch Utd but I cant invite people until you have logged into the EA Servers with the game.... once you have I can send out invites.....

we need to decide on what team we are to use.... (Kanga, if you change it to Liverpool one more time, im gunna fucking kick ya....
