You telling me you can't set up a Party for everyone playing SFIV and use a second silver account on a wireless pad so essentially there are two *shudder* Candys in the party? I'm sure there is a way to do it somehow. If you can play two accounts on the same machine against eah other, you must be able to put both into the Party/chat.

this SFIV night was kind of shit. It appears lestat dodged me, Cloud and Seraph never turned up and Agonny got pwned and bailed out.

I thought it was good fun, you need a wireless mic dude. Sorry we didn't get to play but I used the opportunity to play with some other ranchers, pretty much you and pariah are the only ranchers I've played sf4 with prior to last night.

GGs Kreghor/Elf.

The game does need a quarter mode, with winner stays on or something. Patch comes out next week so we'll see what it offers. Also like you mentioned it would be good if cloud/seraph/pariah could come, also I see Sonic Jam playing sf4 so if he could make it that would be good too. It's a start.

Not a bad idea, but I prefer not to talk when playing fighters online anyway. Need to cut out as much potential lag as I can.

quarter mode is not coming with the champ patch...champ mode patch was announced before the game even came out..lestat

the first time i saw this thread title i thought it was a sfiv party at twisted elfs house or something...

Yeah I know quarter mode isn't coming in this patch, but looking at the sales it's safe to say capcom will be working on future updates so hopefully it comes in future. The game would be awesome with it, depending on how the tournament mode works it might suffice instead.

Just general improvements in connections, finding games and overall bandwidth reduction will be greatly appreciated too. Last night in party chat we all experienced some lag still, guessing that was due to bandwidth.

Yeah, it wasn't the best setup, but I put it down to the setup of the game more than anything. Quarter mode is so badly needed for this game. So much so that HDR is probably the better game for multiple players.

Would have helped if you had a mic Candy.
Had some awesome games against Candy, lestat and Agony anyhow.

If I'm ever online playing SF4, anyone, please feel free to pummel me.
