They're pretty much the same style fullback. Attack wouldn't change too much with either at the back. Having shit halves at club level probably got Moylan home as he would feel more comfortable with shit halves at rep level.

Coote would probably be lost going from a dominant forward pack with the best halves in the game, to playing for NSW behind a pack that fails to deliver on potential and halves that are about 5% as talented as the opposition.

Yeah his biggest weakness is contrsting kicks. He's not that tall and his hands are pretty average. This year he has been solid but it's still the one area I wouldn't ever back him over his opponent.

He should be good for making 150+ metres, a few tackle busts and finishing off movements if the opportunity is there. He won't run 80 metres and score though. He's not quick enough for that. He also earns penalties with how hard he fights for metres and a quick play the ball.

Ferguson could be as bad or worse though. He's poorly positioned when he plays wing. His hands aren't much better and he's going to be outside of Dugan who isn't known for his passing skills.

I love that we have taken steps toward trying to beat Queensland rather than defend them. Maloney, Reynolds and Moylan are picked for what they offer ball in hand. I hope we let them build a combination this series as they could be a very decent spine was they have their timing sorted out. Dylan Walker on the bench offers nothing unless Moylan ir Dugan are injured.

Walker to right centre. Dugan to fullback or bench if he's injured. It's a ridiculous selection. He's an awful fullback. Awful half and his rep career at centre has been shit also. He's one guy with nothing at all to back his selection.

Ben Hunt is the last guy you would want at halfback if the game is tight. Peter Wallace is more clutch than him.

Cowboys lose too. The NRL's draw is a joke. Why they allow these teams to play with half their teams wiped out is beyond me. We'll always be an amateur comp until we fix the draw. You all should be complaining too - you have to face these sides under worse circumstances than the Tigers and Dragons. The Panthers' victory over the Broncos is apparently just as good as the Tigers'. My arse.

The draw and scheduling are two completely different things.

Tigers were missing James Tedesco, Aaron Woods and Robbie Farah. 2 to state of Origin, the other was an Origin certainty before injury.


They have one of the weakest rosters in the competition, were missing their 3 best players and Broncos fans think it was an unfair match up?

Broncos were massive favorites and had a much stronger lineup. Hunt, Milford, McCullough, Roberts, Reed, Kahu, Blair etc. Who were the Tigers star players?

Moses and Brooks? Heletau at hooker? Rankin? Their roster is fucking shit compared to other sides. You cant complain about having to face them with a roster that is only 10 times better than theirs instead of 15 times better.

Hell that Broncos lineup is a top 8 side still. Full strength you win by 60. But you still had a plenty good enough side tp win. Blame Ben Hunt for failing to close the game out. Rather then set for a field goal he runs to the sideline making the shot a lot harder. The cunt is terrible at managing a game. The odd mistake could happen. But he does it nearly everytime. Since he dropped the grand final he has gone backwards alot.
