As the title says.
Been trying to find a good way to combine the two. There are options out there, but after a little reading I always seem to run into some major complaint or problem. So just wondering if anyone here already uses the two programs together and it just works.
Ideally I'd want to be able to create and view Google Calendar events from Evernote.
Another question: Best calendar app for Android apart from Cal? I can't get it to install on my phone.
Anyone use Evernote + Google Calendar?

Onenote and outlook.com calendar would probably yield better results?

Re: Anyone use Evernote + Google Calendar?
I have to use the stand-alone Google calendar in conjunction with Week Cal. I need to cut / copy and paste calendar events every day. Week Cal is nowhere near as good as it is on iPhone but it offers those options. It's horribly buggy though. Unfortunately I've found that when it comes to Android I'm forced to juggle a number of calendar apps. Business Calendar also provides the right options but it's a difficult interface. It offers drag and drop but doesn't do it well. No one Android calendar app works like Windows Pocket PC used to or Week Cal on iPhone does. I really hate the Android calendar situation. This may well be the only Android phone I bother with. I'm hoping by the time I'm ready for a new phone that iPhones don't suck. There's no reason for the calendar on any of the phone OSs to be so feature poor.
Can't help with Evernote though. I've never bothered to use it although it came preinstalled on my Galaxy Note 3.

Re: Anyone use Evernote + Google Calendar?
I use a combination of the built in calender on Windows 8 (outlook) and a calender on my phone called 'SolCalender'. Great little calender with nice widgets.
The only way to get them to sync was to use the default 'Email' client on android (not the Gmail one) and point it towards your Outlook address. Then set it to push however frequently you like (hourly or whatever) then whatever you update on your default Outlook calender on your computer will show up on your SolCalender widget.
Nice huh? I can't figure out how to get alterations I make on my phone to show up on my Outlook calender, so it only works one way.
