Re: NRL 2015 - QLD in trophy cabinet-size crisis
Any word of the search party looking for testical? Normally he's the first one in here after a big Broncos game.
Maybe he dropped his keyboard.

To think I had to ask who Ben Hunt was a week before the GF. Now everyone knows him.

Whilst Hunt should have caught that ball, it's lost on a lot of people just how good Kyle Feldt is at kicking off. He's at least on par, if not better than Pat Richards. They are massive and returners usually get dumped inside the 10m.

Jack Reed ruled out of the England side because he apparently popped his shoulder on two separate occasions during the GF. What a champion.

Amazing how a game can turn. If the Broncos left defensive backs hadn't lost their mind and committed 3 defenders to try and stop Morgan, we'd have been talking about one of the best defensive displays ever seen in a big game.
Instead, it's memes about Ben Hunt and Bennett's spaghetti

Westical is in solitary confinement in a bid to purge the demons of the GF. The Broncos' sacrifice of their perfect GF record for the good of the game has taken a heavy toll on their fans who have gone a decade without October glory.

I can't wait to run the 2016 NRL thread. You Broncos fans really dropped the ball this year.

It's not Broncos fans controlling it, it's me. The season is over, go ahead and create the NRL 2K16 thread.
I'll miss you season 2015. The best thing about this season was two teams who don't wrestle making the grand final. It made for better viewing.

NRL 2015 - QLD in trophy cabinet-size crisis
What's the general feeling here on the anti doping tribunal handing Sandor Earl a four year ban? That's some penalty discrepancy vs the Cronulla guys who ended up being banned for effectively three games.

Re: NRL 2015 - QLD in trophy cabinet-size crisis
Sandor Earl's charges seemed the more serious, so it's not surprising he copped a nasty ban. But you're right, the disparity of the penalty between him and the Cronulla players is shit. I feel for Earl who seems to be the one who's been the most honest player in all of this and copped a 104 game ban versus a 3 game ban.

Re: NRL 2015 - QLD in trophy cabinet-size crisis
The Sharks bans were an absolute joke. Their "punishment" was missing a few games at the end of a season where they were no chance at making the finals anyway.
They should have been banned for the full 2 years for dragging the whole case out while being guilty the whole time. Sandor on the other hand actually cooperated from the beginning and helped them out admitting guilt, yet he's the one who is shown no leniency at all with his punishment. For me that just doesn't seem fair.

Talk of Soward leaving, now this. Something is not right at Penrith.

I'm wondering if it was Soward vs Cleary.
I reckon Cleary will head back to the Warriors which is a scary prospect - Cleary, Luke and RTS all next year.
