Sugar is the big killer. I cut a crap load of sugar out of my diet a few years back and walked a couple of km's everyday due to my work location and lost a fair bit of weight. I really didn't change much of my diet except the amount of sugar.

The show is the best. Watched it a few years back before Adam kind if slimmed up and then got into a fight on the internet. His new show Food Fighters was alright, amateur home cooks battling against a string of professional chefs.
