Naked shorts are what should be illegal, it's been this way for years in the gold and silver markets. Manipulated beyond recognition and completely lost connection the actual physical metal. Traded between these big boys and the entire time they never ever own the actual gold. I can see changes in that after this so it might not be a bad time to look into gold and silver as they are artificially suppressed as well by all the fake holdings designed purely for trading.
