If I'm using 4G it definitely runs down faster, but I'll get a full day out of it.

I've not used lte today and it's at 94% at 4pm, off the charger at 9-9:30.

Had my first FaceTime over cellular call last night. It was over LTE not "3G" so it would have been like shooting fish in a barrel for the network but I was still highly impressed. Kicks the shit out of the video calling we had back in 2003.

So I've been using Maps instead of Waze for a little while now.

It's absolutely gorgeous. I love the way in 3D mode it has the outlines of the houses and buildings going by.

Sold my iPhone 4 and am now slumming it for a week or two on a 3GS.

On fence where I might go from now but figured I'd get rid of it while it still had some residual value.

That's pretty impressive. I ended up giving my 4 to the mother-in-law to settle a $300 debt. Most of the resale places were offering $160-190 for it. Fuck that for a joke. Like you I had the original box and manuals but it was a black 32GB.

That's really good for 2 years+ old. I sold my 3G for $400 after 18 months.

I also like Mildura. Nicole's family on both sides are from Mildura. Without Mildura I may never have met my hot sexy wife who I have sex with every night or amassed over twenty thousand dollars in assets or built a pest control empire spanning a suburb. Apple are criminals for doing Mildura such an injustice.

Nice to see Apple being humiliated with them grudgingly allowing a Google Maps app onto the App Store. The whole Apple Maps saga has been a great advertisement for Google.
