That's a pretty cool version of a Beatles classic. The original was one of my favourite tunes when I was growing up, that and Paperback Writer.

Now we're getting deep into Mariah Carey "All I want for Christmas is yooooooouuuuuuuu" territory, all I hear is: "THE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! THE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!"
Actually, I can't believe I've never linked up this guys mixups on here before. They're amazing.
I do like the Spice Girls, Slipknot mixup

But the absolute one of the best videos ever made and on the internet is this Slayer and Katrina & The waves mixup.
And don't it feel good? CHEMICAL WARFARE!

No more Daft Punk. Big sad.
Cranked them all day, with a side of Stardust.

I felt it watching their Epilogue video. First heard them (Da Funk) in the back room of a club in ‘95.
Re: What music are you listening to at the mo bro?
I hadn't actually watched it until this morning... oof. Sent me down a rabbit hole of YouTube vids, including the Grammy win for album of the year in 2013. Hilarious seeing the Tay-Tay entourage start celebrating at the enunciation of the letter 'R' (thinking Red had won it), then the immediate cries of dismay when it was followed by "...andom Access Memories".
I wasn't one to go clubbing often, but Daft Punk was our go-to soundtrack whilst driving around getting up to no good in highschool. Saw them live at Nevereverland back in '07, it was probably an equal first with the time I saw Orbital and they played Belinda Carlisle.

Yeah man, so glad I got to see them at Nevereverland! Sydney gig was their last proper live show too so makes it even more special.

All good things must come to an end I guess, but that was particularly hard to take. Daft Punk are literally the only EDM act I had any time for at all, and Random Access Memories was sheer, distilled brilliance.

Honestly, this song... I just love the way each riff lasts about two bars longer than you expect. And that solo! It just sounds like mindless twiddling at first, but damn, there's some passion there.

This cover is actually pretty good compared to some of the others I've heard from the compilation.

Re: What music are you listening to at the mo bro?
All the cool kids are listening to $uicideboy$, so I figure I'd give their new album "Long Term Effects of Suffering" a few listens.
Have to say, I quite like it. Lots of good tracks. Good rapping. Good beats. Good production.
Stand out track for me so far is Materialism as a means to an end. Also I'd been listening to it in the background, didn't know the track names, but on track 2 I think, I'm thinking to myself "I know that distressed woman asking Why? Why? - wtf is it from?"
Then I go check the track names, and the track is called: If self-destruction was an olympic event, I'd be Tonya Harding.
Of course! It's Nancy Kerrigan.
