In my experience BMW drivers are way worse than Volvo drivers. They're mostly young, refuse to indicate and think that because they're in a BMW they can cut you off.

One night a couple of months ago I had a couple of mates in my old car and this little P plater wanker in an older 318i decided to drag me off.

He must have been feeling pretty sure of himself until lift kicked in yo.

How can you drag anyone off in a 318i?

I dunno but Talez reckons he dragged off a Shiney V8 as well so any story about his driving exploits I tend to not believe.

I do know that our hotshot drag racer seems to only be able to drive in a straight line....

How's the hunt for a new car going Talez? Injuries all healed up? :P

318i vs Corolla.

You won't see that on Top Gear...

Shiny V8 no. I got my ass kicked by an SS VZ at the freeway onramp. 90s V8s back when Holden was having trouble pulling past 35kW/L (VNs) are pretty easy even for small peaky twincams.

But like I said it was an older 318i. E30 that had maybe 100kW at most although it would have been 150-200kg less than the Sportivo.

 It's true! Did I upload the crash pics at all?

Injuries all healed up. Still waiting on the insurance payout. Have to get a new loan though which is somewhat annoying.

For someone that despises dumb people, I find this all pretty hypocritical.

Would be a great segment though.

Coming up: We put two performance vehicles to the test. The BMW 318i head to head with the Toyota Corolla.

I remember when I had just got my P's some banged up celica decided to rev his engine at my humble little volkswagen beetle at the lights. Little did he know the ammount of torque my shit box possessed. This, combined with my cat like reflexes left him horribly behind by the time we were both at 65-70ks. Does the usual sore loser move of speeding off from behind at 100+ to proove their car doesnt suck(yet confirms that they themselves do indeed suck :P) and we keep going on our way. He ended up going the same way as me and after seeing this hung back a bit to sort of say 'the next set of lights you are fucked'. By the time I was right behind him he speeds off around the next corner onto a main road expecting me to follow(not that I would, but I like to casually toy with all these testerone loaded twits in my humble love bug ways)....anyway I had luckily seen the cops coming up the main road we were turning onto so I took the turn like a granny. They pulled him over as I slowly drove past with a nice cheeky grin on my face. Good times.

Selling a car at the moment is fucked up, no one wants to buy let alone pay you what the car is worth.

By the way anyone want to/ knows someone who wants to buy a R33 GTR :)

Very true, I think I'll keep mine people just won't get loans at the moment or they ring up and they already want a few thousand off your price (expected) but then when you come to an amount and they just need to check it out, they rock up and want another few thousand off pft may aswell keep the car and thanks for wasting my time. I made the mistake of trying to drum up interest by saying I was buying a house so I got a lot of wanky offers for a while before I took that statement off my ad!

$14,990. not including stamp duty.Everything came to around 15,500, plus the next few days I had to spend $250 to service it.The car yard also payed for the rego which was due then.Good luck on selling you car.May I ask why you're selling it mr frog? :D I had some minor trouble with it already: filters wern't changed for a long time, and I didn't realise you have to press the brake first or it won't go in reverse.Anyway, enough of my rambling.

If I had a two-car garage, I'd nab that in a heartbeat. How much is it worth?

Edit: Wait, I thought that was the Mk2. Still curious about the price though.

Indeed it does. My Bro in law wanted to buy it off me but I told him that since he is moving to WA it would be a waste of time and money.

Shanues: Sif I'd sell my SW20. Looking at Carsguide an 88 AW11 is advertised at around 5-6k.
