Well why not? We're all strong, virule, handsome blokes. What do we do to keep up our appearances?
Also how is everyone's diet? Admit weaknesses!

I'm 5'11" and weigh 64-69kg, depending on what day of the week it is.
My diet is usually six weetbix & milk or a big fuckoff bowl of porridge in the morning, two cheese & baon rolls, a custard berliner and a cheese slice for lunch, and whatever I can be fucked making for dinner. Often something like pasta. I also snack on lollies and mints throughout the day.
I'm also a bike courier, so I can get away with that

It's all sugar that your body doesn't need. What I used to do however is water down my fruit juice.Jizzy McLobber wrote:what do you mean?
they are both as bad as coke?
Unless you're squeezing the juice yourself straight from the fruit (though I still water it down because it's too strong otherwise). But if it's the pre-bottled stuff you buy from the shops....ick.
A person can still get away with taking in the occasional naughty food or drink, but they have to ensure that it gets burned off via exercise otherwise it gets stored as fat.
However a person can trim down and be in decent shape by just following a good diet, one which doesn't include processed fruit juice and flavoured milk.

Basically i ride my bike to and from the station everday, it's around 5km's all up. Great excecise and i save money on transport costs.
Plus i do 2 gym weight sessions a week that i finish with a nice session on the rowing machine which is a fucking awesome work out.
Overall been doing that for 18 months now, lost plenty of weight and my fitness and strength is back to what is was several years ago when i was working out regularly.
I plan to keep doing this for years, don't wanna let my self slip like last time, cause it's too damn hard getting back in shape.

I train like a mofo. 6 days a week, 5 of which are weights.
Mon: Legs
Tue: Chest
Wed: Back, shoudlers
Thu: Biceps
Fri: Triceps
Sat: Spin + circut
Abs are hit everyday.
Being a veg I have to supplement protein, aminos and B vitamins. I use a creatine/HMB/Glutamine forumula which I cycle.
Diet is pretty strict. Quaity carbs, high protein, low fat.
I'm 187cms and am currently a lean 85kgs.

jizz do you really only drink flavoured drinks?
what's wrong with water?
i've never been able to understand people drinking shitloads of softdrinks, doesn't the appeal fade quickly if you drink lots? i enjoy soft drinks when i get them cause i don't drink them that often
and doesn't it begin to get expensive? well, compared to water?

You know it! That's the feeling I fucking love and have right now. In summer I go surfing every day, shitty surf or not. I only make the effort if the waves are willing this time of year. Something about putting my wetsuit on makes me not want to go to the effort.Jizzy McLobber wrote:surfing is awesome for fitness sculli, I went out most days for years and I could do anything, I was so damn fit.
and there's nothing like the feeling when you kick back on the couch, showered, exhausted, slightly stiff salty hair, and you think of the memorable moments you just had.

I never drink water, I don't have a good reason to be honest, I think coke is addictive, I still have a can every few days because I crave it.
I decided to water down my apple juice.
the prob with water is it doesn't have any taste.
but I LOVE water when i'm buggered, but i'd grab a beer before a glass of water any day.

sculli- I remember when I was around 17, i'd go for early morning surfs before school in the middle of winter whenever it was decent, getting into a still wet from the day before wetsuit before sunrise is torture... I used to microwave my wet rashy before putting it on.
even running along freezing grass/sand is torture, I remember thinking it was like running on razors.
best days of my life, but I don't miss that bit.
