I'm sorry, everyone knows I can't help but be a dick in this thread, especially Pep.

I'm picturing Pep in a KFC drivethrough waving his arms and saying "these aren't the protein and carbs you're looking for".

My hero is Ryan Bayley, the cyclist who smashed KFC and won two olympic gold medals.

Yeah not sure kfc or mcdonalds etc matter that much when u have a huge training load of intense cardio sport. I recently bought an xebex airbike for my birthday the other week and wowsers I wasnt expecting it to be so hard.

One look at Ryan Bayley's training routine and you'll quickly see how he could get away with smashing the KFC goodness pre/post racing.

For the average punter/gym junkie/weekend warrior? Good luck with that.

We've been playing KFC tennis in this thread for years. If you're strict with diet and train hard you can smash a KFC bucket each week and lose no condition. :up:
