Anyone else doing Movember this year? Chopper 'tache FTW!

Hi All,

During Movember (the month formerly known as November) I'll be growin a Mo. That's right I'm bringing the Mo back because I'm passionate about changing men's health and the fight against male depression and prostate cancer. Why...

* Depression affects 1 in 6 men...Most don't seek help. Untreated depression is a leading risk factor for suicide.
* Last year in Australia 18,700 men were diagnosed with prostate cancer and more than 2,900 died of prostate cancer - equivalent to the number of women who die from breast cancer annually.
* Men are far less healthy than women. The average life expectancy of males is 5 years less than females.

1. I guess I am part daywalker (slight ginger beard)
2. I usually end up looking like a paedophile

Yeah I'm going to meet my girlfriends extended (kinda) family down in Sydney this weekend so I'll be waiting till I get back. Can't wait though, love movember.

My licence photo is from mid movember last year, for the first day of the ashes in fact! It's an awesome photo - stern look on face, half-healed black eye and bloodshot eye to boot. Tuff.

haha, I just started letting my beard grow a little bit longer and I always get annoyed when I let my moustache grow out so I'll give it a miss this year.

clean shaven is bloody cold too!

Ive got a few weeks of growth atm, was tempted to shave it off leaving a mow, but some guys at work reckon we should all wet shave and start from scratch. WIll decide in the morning when I wake.

This will be my first Mowvember.
