What gear should I buy while I'm there that isn't readily available here (or is hella cheaper in the states)?

I don't know if they're in the Eastern States, but there's a chain of stores called Taste of Britain that still get in Dr Pepper.

The one in Joondalup sells in bulk so I pick up a carton every so often

They also get in Cherry Coke, fucking love that store!

And mech, yeah I've looked at USA Foods, but I can't justify the cost of shipping a carton of the stuff to Sydney.
