Fuck! What a day yesterday was! Bathurst, cricket and F1. Unfortunately my Ford Motorsport t-shirt I was wearing copped a bit of the contents of my stomach.
Craig Lowndes is a gentleman so I'm always pleased to see him obtain more success. Magnificent drive from Greg Murphy to get second.
And dudes I understand the Hamilton hate but ffs how regular is it to see drivers missing braking points forcing themselves and others wide? For that he is called a fuckwit meanwhile Massa actually punts Hamilton from behind sending him into a spin and for that Massa is lauded as having balls and can't be blamed. Yeah as mentioned there is Hamilton hate. Your combined hatred of Hamilton meanwhile still pales next to my singular hatred of Ferrari and it will be their demise at the hands of McLaren and a rookie driver who is suspect under pressure that I'll be toasting at season end.
you can have your pale ales. Again, it wasn't my choice. While I got two pizzas my mate got another 6-pack of beer, because clearly a carton wasn't enough.
Watched a supreme effort from Lewis Hamilton in China last night. Poll, fastest lap, winner. I'll also add the Hamilton hate here is a further mystery to me after having stayed up to watch the post race celebrations and interviews. Hamilton was an absolute gentleman throughout, gesturing and articulating kindly to Massa and Raikonen who finished second and third respectively. Massa was a surly little bitch. Would not return Hamilton's sporting gestures, made an effort not to put his arm around Hamilton during podium salutes and was exaggerated in projecting an overall disparaging appearance. Perhaps he was embarrassed after Kimi moved over for him so he could take second. Kimi meanwhile was a complete sportsman. He also handled inevitable questioning about his moving over for with far more aplomb than the bumbling Massa.
Would you like someone you absolutely hate putting their arm around your shoulders?
No one is denying how good a driver he is, but I reckon I'd be an awesome driver too if McLaren had poured $5m into me by the time i was 13. And you seriously can't be so blind as to see how much of a cunt he is on the road. The hate isn't unique to us on here only, most drivers don't like him too and you can even tell by the very biased iTV commentators that some things he does isn't very sportman-like.
You keep accusing everyone that their biased, but after the thread about whether to get a 360 or ps3 in which it was basically unanimous to get a 360, or at least wait for a ps3 but you still got a ps3 and your obvious hatred for Ferrari you should be questioning whether you're biased yourself.
Hamilton's just a cunt.
He's the nest version of Jacques Villenuve - young hotshot comes in and gets seat in leading car. I want to see what Hamilton does in a, say, Red Bull.

Villeneuve was the '95 IndyCar champion, hence his jump straight into a leading F1 team.
Hamilton needs a few years in a lesser team to hone his skiils and learn some patience, and he'd be a much better driver for it. And Peppermint Lounge, yes Massa is also a dick, but in my opinion he's somewhat earnt that right.
Hopefully BMW and Renault will be competitive next season - Kubica and Alonso will sort Hamilton out Also if Red-Bull Renault can continue their rise, I'm expecting a big season from Vettel. I'd say Webber too, but the poor bastard has some of the worst luck I've ever seen.
and Ford arnt gonna back em (whincup/Lowdnes) next year??!!...fuckin dumb move. Heard a few whispers that both Holden and Ford are gonna shut down next year. I have a mate who works in the industry
wouldent suprise me if it doesnt happen ,but Ford are only turning out 4 falcons a day, apparently a lot of workers are bring forced to take a lot of holidays too. Its just as bad for Holden too apparently. Thats what I got told, may be true, may not be
No its all good Edgey..........I was just being a prick. However I'm not sure that the health of the manufacturer bears a direct relationship to that of the racing scene. It seems to me that there's so much ridiculous money spent on the sport (that I love so much) that a downturn in producing family vehicles may not effect the overall racing picture.
I don't know anything, just saying is all.
