free anti spam software?

I must've registered my email at 1 too m,any porno sites and now i'm getting spam mail.
penis enlargements, job offers, you name it.

does anyone know of any decent free anti spam software I could try?

I used to recommend it to people when I worked on an ISP helpdesk. I have no real idea of how it works but it got them off the phone.

We had it recommended to us by a few customers as it was very easy to use.

I use mailwasher and it's a bit of a dog. It can be difficult to get really decent spam filters working - I switched to Gmail and forwarded my old email to it, its spam filter is fantastic. You can get Gmail to put the reply address as your old email too.

I use outlook, could I forward all my mail to gmail and use that in outlook?

I have a gmail account, and receive it in OE. So yes, you can do that.

use gmail, even if you still wanna use outlook, the service really is amazing - i'l agree with mech (and his tone of voice) here at least.

that's working great for me so far westical.

i've has one or 2 spam mails sneak through but it detects most.
