I think black on my lcd couldn't be matched for blackness.

Black is just so damn deep I'd say it's better than any black I've ever seen on any screen ever.

I was using a Diamond View and then recently changed to a Compaq p1220 for a slight size increase but since I fired up the Samsungtron,black has never been blacker.

I can see mech's heart in full colour now.

Black.

God,this is going to be fun,I just know it.

Somebody pleeeease tell me why I'm getting a sharper image from the PC if I'm using a VGA switchbox than if I connect the VGA cable directly to the TV.
Clearly the text is sharper than a direct connection.

I shit you not.

But black is ace either way.

No matter which way I switch it it's still the same result.I've got three vga cables and no matter which one I use,I still get a sharper image going via the switchbox.

As I said,it's very apparent when you look at text.

Some switch boxes "stabilise" the signal, maybe that's what's going on here...?
