Sure thing, being able to spy on a photo from 6 months ago is pretty useful.

That right there is fucking gold.

on a side note, I haven't yet even been able to make out anybody's faces on Street View, let alone number plates... it's almost as if they've all been blurred out.

well, given that people seem concerned about how this is invading their privacy, I went looking for number plates and faces... what's there to be sarcastic about?

Man... I can't even see my house. There's too many trees in the way.

Hahaha, my neighbour is standing at his front door wearing nothing but a towel.

Ambrose we could have had the flying car a long time ago. Maybe google maps is a project to spy on your attempts to build a homemade UFO after all?
That guy explains why people experience missing time when having a ufo encounter. It screws with your brain. But like using the force in star wars, if you can concentrate properly you can fly from place to place with ease. Think of all the money you would save on fuel with this technology? You could ship items from place to place quickly and efficiently and reduce shipping costs for all your imported games by travelling from place to place to go get them yourself instead of waiting a week to play the aussie version of gears of war 2. This would kill the industry that charges people money to travel. If this was back in the 50s, imagine all the money you could have saved if you didn't have to roll around on the floor to get from place to place like worm? And all the wars fighting for oil would have been pointless.

Earth is a farm and we are the beasts of burden to these people. They want to have it for themselves so they can keep enslaving you.

It's strange how some areas are covered extensively, where-as others seem to only have partial coverage - ie. in many places they've travelled down cul-de-sac and no through roads, where in others they haven't at all veered off the major streets, in doing so missing dozens of other inter-connecting streets. I wonder what the motivation for this way? Surely not a case of some drivers being lazy...
