More interesting to me is that Point Cook Primary school just banned bananas and watermelon from school lunch boxes. This kind of thing bothers the hell out of me. Kids with allergies can't just be taught to NOT eat foods that will kill them, every other kid has to NOT eat those foods as well.

I saw that article in the paper, but didn't bother to read it. I just asumed they got banned because kids where not binning them and just leaving the peels on the ground causing a safety hazard..........fucken nanny state....

My workplace recently had a pretty serious work accident. Where the unions rekon managers should of got prison time, even though everyone here knows it was the dudes own fault for continually disengaging safety switches and sticking his hand in a moving press. So since then the safety police have gone all out with shit like......

-Rounding off all pointy edges off sharp knifes
-Sticking Caution Hot signs over hot water taps
-Labeling the toaster with Stickers saying Caution Hot
-Installing speed humps in a small car park every 5-10 meters.....
