One of my best mates suffered severe Meningitis in year 12. Unlike the rest of us at that age dude was in perfect health, didn't drink or do drugs, worked out etc. Was put in an induced coma for a few weeks, pretty much escaped death by a few hours apparently. Came out the other end but left with brain damage which really impacted his life/personality for a few years after.

No covid vaccine back then.

I'm not saying complications which can lead to death from the vaccine don't exist. But using the deaths of random young people and linking it to the vax without evidence is pretty gross.

In the study, following the first dose of vaccine, there were:

38 extra cases (compared to the baseline risk of getting the condition) of GBS for every 10 million adults having the Oxford-Astrazeneca vaccine
60 extra cases of haemorrhagic stroke (a bleed in the brain) for every 10 million adults having the Pfizer vaccine

Meanwhile for people who had a coronavirus infection, there were approximately:

145 extra GBS cases per 10 million with a positive test
123 extra brain inflammation disorder cases like encephalitis meningitis and myelitis per 10 million people
163 extra cases of myasthenia-like disorders (immune conditions affecting the nerves and muscles) per 10 million people
There was also an increased risk of bleeds on the brain in the first seven days after a positive Covid test, but risks returned to a normal, baseline level within a month.

Statistically getting the vaccine is still far better than catching covid when talking about sickness and death.

Weren't you saying last year that if some people die so others can live their lives, it's worth it?

I know its not just Apple, there are other companies making and selling them.

How did anyone ever think this was a good idea?
The minute I understood what it does, my mind just went wild with all the possible ways this can be horribly exploited for nefarious purposes.
This creates way more problems than the benefits of its proposed legitimate uses (Finding your keys......)......
But I guess that's the point. These big tech companies now have even more new manufactured "unforeseen" problems to solve with new apps/technology/solutions you need to buy to "protect yourself".
