I'm in West London about 20mins from Oxford Circus (center of London). It's still snowing hard out again as I type this with the odd break from time to time. It's the most snow I've experienced in my lfe so quite exciting. Me and the flatmates (8 of 12 are home) are going to go off and build a snowman (I opt for another penis) and get some more pics.

Does it what, costs me £440pm for my room, bearing in mind I have the second most expensive room in the house although I'm opting for a much smaller and cheaper room in the same house at the end of Feb. Also 4 of the rooms have couples so thats 8 there and everyone has their own room so yes, it is a big house including room in the loft.

Peoples vids sent to BBC of the snow in UK

Wow that's massive rent indeed.

I'd still pay it just to get out of this 40 degree bullshit...

So I was off work in December. I was expecting to enjoy my unemployment sunning myself and downing beers next to the pool. Instead I spent most of it inside with winter clothes on.

Now I'm back at work, Summer decides to appear. ffs.

Yup so cold for so long. Now getting used to the heat will be a nightmare. Winter seems to be over. We didn't even have the Spring adjustment period. It almost never got warm.

Well you could move to Sydney where at 18C it still feels like an armpit and only gets worse at higher temps.

3 out of 5 days with rain during a heatwave is a nice Melbourne touch.

Not 18, maybe 25-26.

We've only had one really warm/humid evening so far this summer.

I was going to say it's a bit of an ambitious forecast...Melbourne doesn't tend to stick with extended heatwaves. Forecasts tend to be half right at best. We've just had two warm days and today is cool again.
