As for sexism,well it goes both ways and the reality is women enjoy more rights and benefits than men in many domestic situations but men enjoy workplace rights more than women.There's a balance in that I suppose.Men generally earn more than women and when he gets hit with the divorce stick,the woman enjoys the fruits of his labours...generally.
