Re: Going to the States
The NHL draw has just been released and wanting to grab some tickets for a couple of hockey games.
Looking at a game at MSG in NYC and then a game in Chicago. Tickets aren't on sale until Aug/Sep, however there are season holders already selling tickets (pretty expensive though).
Is it just Twizted that went to hockey game? Should I just wait for the general release tickets and any suggestions on seating?

Ags,
I went to a pre-season game between the Ducks and Sharks at the Honda Centre in Anaheim. It was expensive, but it was worth every cent - fucking awesome.
I'm fairly sure even for regular season games tickets aren't overly difficult to get a hold of, just expensive.
Seating is really dependent on the stadium. Prepare to have your ears destroyed.
AFAIC, going to pro sport in the US is one of the best, most enjoyable experiences. The NFL was the absolute BEST (looks like no season this year though due to player strike). Really wish I'd pushed the wife harder to go to the MLB aswell. I know two people who've been to Nascar (one to Daytona), and both rave about that. And if you're going to Vegas, there's always MMA fights happening.

Currently at Cedar Point Theme Park at Cleveland, Ohio. This place is off the hook. So many awesome coaster rides.
First photo is Top Thrill Dragster... goes from 0-190kmh in 3.8 seconds and climbs to 420ft(130 odd metres)
Moving on Universal Studios and Disney World, Orlando Florida in a day.
