The limit for under 25 is 0.2 in NSW isn't it? Also a schooner != 1 standard drink, it's 1.5. So you had 6 standard drinks in approx. 5 hours, and depending when you had your last you could have easily been over the limit.

Although different people take longer to have the alcohol levels drop. If i have a beer it takes me an hour and a half before i'm back at zero... although if i were eating or doing something that would drop.
If i had 4 or 5 beers, i'd seriously just wait till the following day before driving. If i know i HAVE to drive, i won't touch alcohol. It aint worth the risk of being caught.

Well I did, I started drinking from 8pm to 1 am and only had 4 schooners. I'm taking no chances next time though.
So you had 5 hours to get 8 standard drinks out of your system? Meaning you'd have a BAC of around 0.075. Oh wait, that's exactly what you had. Fuxake dude, just do some simple maths next time and you'll be fine.
Just wondering if there could be any negative fallout from telling my boss. But from what I've read, an employers character reference is always a good thing. Hmm well I'm getting legal advice on Thursday anyhoo...
