But yeah I went south a bit and the beaches were instantly better, just because they had more of a beach feel rather than some slag who's had too many plastic surgeries.

And no Mx (edit: I mean Spoony), I never even go to southbank. I'm lived in a proper coastal community most my life so I think I know what's a good and shit beach.

man it was friggin hot today, 36 or something. I gotta say the A-leauge is really kicking off. Really good crowd for stralia v Bahrain as well, soccer is still on the rise and i dont think its gonna fall that much as people are saying after the world cup...its only going to get stronger and stronger...and how good was that goal by bresciano??!!!!....better then any goal kicked in the other football codes imo,left me speechless and covered in goosebumps

oh yeah...had a bbq tonight and ice cold beers to go with the cooling summer breeze...love it!!....this is how life is meant to be!!

36 degrees in October is unheard of in victoria. It gets hot here in summer, but just not yet. I've been to qld in summer and yeah the humidity is definately off its tits but you guys would be used to it.....you guys just dont know what cold is so we're allowed to bitch and complain about the heat coming early especially when i know its going to be 10 degrees in a few days most probably...but probably not this year...she's gonna be a warm one i think

aw, that was a shocking game. yea, it was good because we won and all, but it was like watching the socceroos play against a side of 16 year olds. nearly every bahrainian player went down in an 'oscar winning performance'. simon hill said it best when he stated : "well the stretcher runners are certainly earning their money tonight" I would of been hating it if I was there

but YES! bresciano's goal was fantastic - his 1st finish for the socceroos in 2006
