Aww. Well, I really didn't like Lost (o noez!), and I found Cloverfield to be pretty boring. Haven't watched much Fringe.

Star Trek was great, Super 8 was good... eh.

I'm looking forward to this, anyway.

I saw the first episode of Terra Nova today at comic con. Not as good as I had hoped but still fun. Dinos look fake as and it's a little over dramatic at times. Was in the Futurama panel today as well and saw part of a new episode called Team attack force I think it was which was done like a bad Japanese cartoon.

You bastard! Jealous as fuck, on both accounts.

Anyway; the first trailer for The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra. Absolutely stunning. I should get around to watching some Avatar...

Yep, I loved Avatar The Last Airbender. It's one of the best cartoons I have ever seen. I bought the entire series on dvd, and if they released it on BR I would buy it again.

Shame James Cameron is a dick, because it makes no sense calling this series The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra. It should be Avatar: The Legend Of Korra.

Yeah, James Cameron is a dick for writing AVATAR long before the show existed.

Along with its Always Sunny in Philadelphia S7 now in post production for release later this year. Really, the only two programs you should be concerning yourselves with.

How do you know Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko hadn't come up with the idea and wrote a series bible down before JC wrote Avatar?

I don't know. And I don't know because I have no proof because they never submitted any written material for copyright like Cameron did back in 1995 with his first treatment.

You act like its because of Cameron that Nickelodeon couldn't call this new animated entry Avatar. That was Nick's decision. They could still call it that if they wanted. They're under no legal obligation to stay away from the Avatar name.
