These arrived today. They're resin recasts of the original mic tips at the front of the helmet. The smaller one is what came with the suit and aren't even close to original.

Truck still hasn't arrived. Next month they're telling me.

Anyway, last night I bought the boots. White leather rather than the plastic ones for sale everywhere which I refuse to buy. Other than sourcing the blaster and holster, I've got everything for the suit now. As soon as the body suit arrives, I'll start fitting the armour.

Bought a hardhat ($8.95) from Bunnings today and cut the shit out of it with a Dremmel to fit it inside the helmet. I'm not bothering to be too neat on the interior for the moment, still to add a fan and a comm set.
